General Inclusions:
- Refreshing “Goan” welcome drink on arrival at the Hotel.
- Well appointed air conditioned rooms with Television, Mini Bar, Electronic Room safe and Hairdryer.
- Meals at one of our food & beverage outlet
- Usage of Free Wi-Fi within the property.
- Packaged drinking water every day in the room.
- Usage of Tea/Coffee maker machine in the room replenished once a day.
- Accommodation for a couple.
- Check in time 2.00 pm & Check out time 11.00 am.
- Limited Parking available (Parking at owner’s risk.)
Inclusions for M.A.P. Plan (Modified American Plan):
- Transfers in air conditioned vehicle on sharing basis. (Early / Late transfers before 8.00 a.m. & after 7.00 p.m additional Rs. 500/- will be charged one way).
- Buffet Break Fast and Dinner in one of our Food and Beverage Outlets.
- One full day Sightseeing covering Fort Aguada, Anjuna Beach & Vagator Beach in the morning & Miramar Beach, Panjim shopping & Old Goa Church in the evening on sharing basis.
Inclusions for C.P. Plan (Continental Plan):
- Transfers in air conditioned vehicle on sharing basis. (Early / Late transfers before 8.00 a.m. & after 7.00 p.m additional Rs. 500/- will be charged one way).
- Buffet Break Fast in one of our Food and Beverage Outlets.
- One full day Sightseeing covering Fort Aguada, Anjuna Beach & Vagator Beach in the morning & Miramar Beach, Panjim shopping & Old Goa Church in the evening on sharing basis.
Additional Charges for:
- Extra mattress charges @ Rs. 1000/- per night.
- Child below 6 years is complimentary to share parent’s room with no extra mattress.
- Child between 6 years to 12 years is chargeable @ 30% of the package rates and Extra adult@ 40% of the package rates.
- Early Check in before 8 am will attract a full charge of the previous night. Check in between 8 am to 2 pm will attract a charge of 1500/- on room only basis subject to availability.
- Late check out between 12 noon to 6 pm will attract a charge of 1500/- on room only basis subject to availability. Check out after 6 pm will attract a full day charge subject to availability.
- Extension of the package on pro rata basis.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation of confirmed booking 15 days before arrival date 100% refund. (If cancelled, advance payment made online through "EGLOBE SOLUTIONS" will not be refundable.)
- Cancellation of confirmed booking on week before arrival date 50% refund on total pkg.
- There will be no refund for No Show without intimation to the hotel reservation.
- All refund will be made by cheques only.
